If you’re looking I to lifting more. Start with arms just do weights you’re comfortable with.
I’d recommend
All of these as 3 sets of 10 reps
Try and bench, even if it’s a dumbbell in each hand or use a chest press machine
Then find a machine for lay pulldowns
Do shoulder press with dumbbells
Then something for pecs, I ise the pec fly? Machine idk
Curls, either a bar or a dumbbell in each hand, get the full motion though
And tricep dips on a bench

Lower to right reps if you need, but push yourself!

I like to do a bit of abs, do 3 30 second planks and then do 15 bicycles inbetween (:

After everything I like to do a half hour of cardio, or you can ease in and do less.
